ONGOING MAINTENANCE PLANs
It’s not only important to have your exterior surfaces cleaned, but it’s also important to have them maintained. Once your patio, driveway, or other areas have been deeply cleaned, biofilm (organic matter such as algae, mould and mildew) through spores and fragments will continuously land on your exterior surfaces leading to organic growth.
Using an HSE-approved biocide treatment will kill all organic matter on the surface by breaking the reproductive cycle of microbial surface contaminants. Depending on environmental factors, organic growth will take months to come back, leaving your patio/driveway looking clean for a very long time!
We recommend having a biocide treatment every 4-6 months to keep the organic matter at bay. Having regular treatments can negate the need to pressure wash your surfaces every year, thus protecting the substrate of those surfaces which will in turn give them longevity.
